  1. Finances-the results of a 2005 poll showed that 23 percent of respondents cited finances as being on top. This is particularly true during times of economic turmoil, such as a recession or depression.

  3. Family issues such as arguments, divorces, marriages, kids moving out, health issues.
  4. Personal concerns such as lack of control over life and time or personal change of any kind.
  5. Personal health and safety such as wanting to lose weight or quit smoking or the desire to change another personal habit
  6. Personal relationships with people outside of immediate family. This can include co-workers, friends or extended family members.
  7. Death including the death  of spouse, child, family member, family pet or close friend.
